• Proponent Federal Credit Union is offering a $150 referral bonus to both parties when the person signing up completes the following requirements:
  • Use promo code Refer2026
  • Open a Membership Savings and an additional Checking OR Savings account with a minimum direct deposit of $250 per month, OR a Share Certificate, OR loan product within 60 days of the membership open date

The Fine Print

• Any Member who refers Proponent to family member or co-worker and the referred opens a Membership Savings and an additional Checking OR Savings account with a minimum direct deposit of $250 per month, OR a Share Certificate, OR loan product within 60 days of the membership open date, the existing member (referrer) will receive $150.
• The new member will also receive $150.
• The referred person must not have an existing account with the Credit Union.
• A Membership Savings account with a $5.00 opening deposit is required.
• A $150 bonus will be deposited into the existing members (referrer) share account and $150 bonus will be deposited into the referred member share account 90 days from the referred membership open date if the above criteria are met and the accounts are in good standing. Membership Savings does not qualify as a deposit product for the bonus.
• The bonus is considered interest and will be reported on IRS form 1099-INT.
• Maximum of 5 successful referrals per referring member.

• Immediate family is defined as grandparents, parents, spouse, siblings, children, or grandchildren (including similar relations through adoption and by marriage).
