Citi Still Allowing Product Changes To Citi Custom Cash Card

Yesterday Citi stopped allowing new applications for the Citi custom cash card. At the time I just assumed that this would mean that you can no longer product change another existing Citi card to the Citi Custom Cash card but for now at least that isn’t the case: 1, 2, 3.

I wouldn’t rely on this continuing to be available so if you were procrastinating or didn’t believe the rumors and want to product change an existing card I’d recommend doing it immediately. Citi does allow product changes via chat.
