This shampooer has been amazing. I bought it to replace our older model in a different brand and it definitely has been a great experience so far. It works very well, cleans up very nicely and the hose self-cleaning feature is a game-changer. It’s so much easier to clean and you can see it working. I had decided to go with Shark after purchasing several other Shark products that I absolutely love. I have a Shark vacuum I bought years and years ago that I handed down that is still working well. I just wanted to buy a new one for my new house. I have a robo vac mop, a hand vac, and a mop vac that are all well worth it and all have been amazing purchases for me.
