Caesars Entertainment has announced it has entered into a deal to be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment in a $17.6 billion deal ($5.7billion in cash and the remainder assuming outstanding debt). Caesars Entertainment has struggled since late 2021 when it hit a share price high of almost $120.
