Our Verdict
8.30% is a unique opportunity compared to other requirement-accounts which offer 5%-6% range. Maxed out this account with $10,000 and you’ll end up with $830 per year. After factoring in the monthly fees it still gets you $746 per year. (It’s slightly less after accounting for income tax factors.)
Assuming you’d otherwise be getting 4% APY, this would be a nice $346 bump each year – worth considering if you can deal with the account requirements. Hopefully the rate can last.
