Some Capital One cardholders are seeing an offer to refer friends and get a bonus of 30,000 points. This is separate from what the new member will receive when signing up.
Not everyone is seeing the 30,000 referrer bonus. YMMV. The report we saw was for a Capital One Venture cardholder getting this bonus offer, but it might be this offer is available for other Capital One cardholders as well.
