New Wave American Express Shutdowns

It seems that there has been another wave of American Express shut downs. Reasons/cause seem similar to last time with people participating in resale/buying groups targeted, specifically with international spend. Some discussion here & here. Probably something you don’t need to worry about unless you are really pushing the boundaries.
