We are sending this notice because you previously reached out to us with concerns about a SoFi promotion or marketing communication you may have received, specifically regarding confusion around eligibility requirements for the promotion and/or the clarity of the marketing communication.
In recognition of your feedback, and as an accommodation for any frustration or inconvenience you experienced as a result of this situation, we will be issuing you a one time courtesy credit of $50.00 to your SoFi Checking account.
Our Verdict
Strange situation given multiple readers reported receiving this despite not actually giving SoFi any feedback.
